He was always friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly which made me feel informed throughout the process. The prices were very reasonable, the service was excellent and I’m super happy with my results. The team at Smile Tailor have been outstanding. I had such a prolonged delay and confidence issue for many years and was put off by other aligner companies across London. I have put this off for over a decade. But Navid, and his colleague Korosh, have been outstanding. Truly a service that I will never forget.
